You will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide individual and group therapy, facilitate family sessions, monitor care plan effectiveness, and maintain accurate records to ensure patient‑centered, high‑quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) in Texas.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
