Job summary

The Jewish Board is seeking a Social Work Supervisor to oversee care coordination for children with chronic medical and behavioral health needs in New York City and surrounding areas. The role combines supervision with hands-on support for families, caseload management, and coordination of services to improve health outcomes.

The position requires Licensure in a Behavioral Health field (LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAT), at least three years of relevant experience with children, and strong skills in

Qualifications

• Licensure in Behavioral Health or related field (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT).
• A minimum of three years of related experience with the target population (children).
• Experience on interdisciplinary teams; care management or coordination in medical/behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to care management staff for NYC and Staten Island teams.
• Ensure compliance with TJB, DOH, and CBC standards.
• Manage billing processes and documentation timeliness.
• Oversee outreach, enrollment, discharge decisions per protocol.
• Oversee high‑risk caseloads and continuity of care.
• Monitor QA activities, customer satisfaction, and audits.
• Coordinate community outreach and partner relationships.
• Cover for the Director when needed.
