Job summary

Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health team in Columbus, Indiana. The SLP will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work in patients' homes or at partner facilities, ensuring high-quality care with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligible to obtain one.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be supervised as Clinical Fellow to attain CCCs.
• Legal work eligibility in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients in home health, develop personalized treatment plans to improve independence.
• Monitor and document progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support health and wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, caregivers, and facility staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
