Job summary

Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy in Columbus, Indiana, home health settings or at a partner facility. The role offers flexible scheduling and potential growth into part-time or full-time work as you contribute to patient care.

The SLP will assess patients, monitor progress, educate families, and collaborate with healthcare teams while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana SLP license or eligible to earn licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support health and wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, caregivers, and facility staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
