Job summary

ACE Home Services is seeking a licensed residential service plumber to join our growing team in Santa Fe, NM. The role offers a competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commission, with an average take-home of $80k–$150k+ per year, plus a company vehicle and tool allowance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, installing fixtures, and delivering excellent customer service both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Valid plumbing license required.
• 2–5 years of residential service plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.).
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems.

What you'll do as a residential Service Plumber:

Service Plumber requirements:
