ACE Home Services is seeking a licensed residential service plumber to join our growing team in Santa Fe, NM. The role offers an attractive compensation structure with an average take-home and uncapped commission potential, plus excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose and repair plumbing issues, install fixtures, and provide exceptional customer service while working both independently and with a team. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Plumbing license required.
• 2–5 years of experience as residential service plumber.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.).
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and answering questions.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to plumbing codes.

Service Plumber Requirements
