Job summary

ACE Home Services is seeking a licensed residential service plumber to join our growing team in Santa Fe, NM. This role offers a competitive compensation package, a company vehicle with fuel card, and a robust benefits plan including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

The successful candidate will diagnose and repair a range of residential plumbing issues, install and maintain fixtures, and deliver exceptional customer service while working both independently and with the team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid plumbing license.
• 2–5 years of experience as a residential service plumber.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.).
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and answering questions.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to plumbing codes.

What you'll do as a residential Service Plumber:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.)
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems

Service Plumber requirements:

• Plumbing LicenseREQUIRED
• Minimum2-5 years of experience as a residential serviceplumber
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license
