CIMA+ in Mississauga is seeking a Licensed Senior Architect to lead the Buildings Group. The role focuses on guiding design development, coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs, and supervising project delivery from concept to construction.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and client communication while mentoring junior staff in a dynamic, hybrid work setting with projects across transit, education, healthcare, and federal markets.

Qualifications

• OAA registration with a licensed architect.
• 10+ years leading architecture projects.
• Proven QA/QC oversight of design deliverables.
• Contract administration on construction projects.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Ontario driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams across design development and construction documents.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs (traffic, geotechnical, environmental).
• Act as Project Manager: manage resources, budgets and schedules.
• Primary client liaison ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
• Mentor staff and oversee QA/QC.
• Prepare client materials, proposals and permit packages.
• Represent the architectural team at meetings and design reviews.
