Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking qualified clinicians to provide direct counseling services in a school-based setting. The role includes participating in IEP meetings, collaborating with on-site staff, and conducting social/emotional evaluations as part of eligibility paperwork.

The ideal candidate holds a state license to practice independently, can obtain an SSW letter, and has at least one year of direct school-based counseling experience. Flexibility across time zones and tech readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Active state license to work independently as a clinical social worker.
• SSW letter from State DOE or ability to obtain.
• 1 year of direct services/counseling in a school setting (excluding internship).
• Schedule flexibility and willingness to work across time zones.
• Working knowledge of technology (headphones, PCs).

  • Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or work up to 40: All availability will be considered within typical school-based hours
  • Compensation is $40-48 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions
  • You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
