Job summary

Tier1usa seeks a licensed clinical social worker to provide direct services and student counseling in a remote, school-based setting. You will collaborate with onsite staff, participate in IEP meetings, and conduct social/emotional evaluations.

This role offers flexible scheduling across time zones, with compensation from $40 to $48 per hour, plus access to ongoing professional development, guidance, and cross-licensing support. Indirect time documentation is included.

Qualifications

• Active state license to work independently as a clinical social worker.
• SSW letter from State DOE or ability to obtain—DOE is a requirement for services.
• At least 1 year direct school-based counseling experience (not including internship).
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work across time zones.
• Proficient with technology (headphones and personal computers).

About you

• Active state license to work independently as a clinical social worker

• 1 year of experience providing direct services/counseling in a school setting, excluding your intern year
• Schedule flexibility and interest in working across time zones
• Working knowledge of technology, such as headphones and personal computers

  • Compensation is $40-48 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions
  • You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
