OVP Health Care seeks a Licensed Counselor to assist patients in identifying strengths and relating them to social, educational, and vocational goals. The role supports preparation for a drug-free existence and works under the Program Director within Fairland and Gallipolis school districts.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling or other social services.
• Must hold a current licensure such as LSW.

Mansioni

• Conducts counseling sessions as required.
• Implements or revises patient treatment plans with the patient as required per state regulation and records a review of the patient’s progress according to policy.
• Develops within 10 days of entry or as required by state guidelines, a formal treatment plan documenting patient goals and update utilizing the same guidelines.
• Maintains patient records that are complete, comprehensive, and well organized.
• Other duties may be assigned.
