Qualifications

• Licensed LCSW or LPC in Missouri is required.
• Master's degree in social work or counseling and licensure preferred.
• Experience in clinical settings serving diverse populations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Intake/Assessments and coordinate admissions/discharges.
• Chart progress notes and maintain patient records in the EHR.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Develop and review patient treatment plans and case management.
• Provide pre-certification of services to managed care.
• Conduct psycho-educational and process group therapy.
