Sport Clips, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager for our West St Paul location.

The role targets licensed stylists with leadership potential, focusing on coaching hair stylists, overseeing daily operations, and delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications

• Valid state cosmetology or barber license.
• Prior salon leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty products sold in store.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall management and supervision of salon operations.
• Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals.
