A valid cosmetology license and prior salon leadership experience are preferred. You will mentor stylists, participate in training, and collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve goals and uphold our team-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Valid state cosmetology or barber license required or in process.
• Prior leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management and supervision of salon operations.
