Qualifications

• Active cosmetology or barber license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations including scheduling, inventory, and POS.
• Coach and onboard stylists, fostering teamwork and growth.
• Manage product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability.
