Training paths exist for those with leadership potential who are not yet ready to lead a store. Store Leaders average $62,000–$83,000 annually, with top leaders earning $80,000+ annually, reflecting performance and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you'll work.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Passion for developing and supporting others.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with the potential and desire to grow.

Responsibilities
