Job summary

Hardy Nation is seeking a Store Leader to guide a NC Sport Cuts salon, coaching the team while delivering outstanding client service. You will lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, and partner with the Area Leader to meet sales goals, all while maintaining a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and weekends.

Leadership potential is encouraged, with training available to grow into a store leadership role.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license in the state where you work.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with growth potential.

Hardy Nation is looking for Salon Store Leaders who are passionate about the beauty industry, developing strong teams, and providing excellent Client service.

Our Store Leaders work behind the chair while coaching and developing their team and supporting day-to-day salon operations.

Interested in leadership but not quite ready to lead a store? We still encourage you to apply. We can train and develop the right stylist who has leadership potential and is ready to grow.

We're also open to hiring at surrounding Hardy Nation locations. We have multiple NC Sport Cuts salons throughout the area and regularly hire stylists and leaders from Wilson and Winterville.

Our Store Leaders average $62,000–$83,000 annually, with top Store Leaders earning $80,000+ annually.
