Sport Clips, Inc. in Asheville, NC is hiring an Assistant Leader under new ownership for Hardy Nation. The role combines chair-side work with coaching and daily salon operations, and we welcome applicants even without management experience as we train leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license for the state you'll work in.

Responsibilities

Hardy Nation is looking for Assistant Leaders who are passionate about the beauty industry, supporting strong teams, and providing excellent Client service.

Our Assistant Leaders work behind the chair while supporting the Store Leader with coaching, team development, and day-to-day salon operations.

Interested in leadership but don't have management experience yet? We still encourage you to apply. We can train and develop the right stylist who has leadership potential and is ready to grow.

We're also open to hiring at surrounding Hardy Nation locations. We have multiple NC Sport Cuts salons throughout the area and regularly hire stylists and leaders fromMooresville, Denver, Cornelius, Salisbury, Hickory, and Huntersville.

Our top Assistant Leaders earn $40+ per hour!
