Job summary

Sport Clips Reynoldsburg is seeking an Assistant Manager who will run the floor with the Store Manager, coach stylists, and help with scheduling and inventory. You’ll lead by example behind the chair and train as the next Store Manager, with a direct path to running your own store.

You’ll leverage leadership skills, maintain high client satisfaction, and participate in ongoing training and advancement opportunities at Sport Clips Reynoldsburg.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license is required.
• Experience behind the chair with strong numbers is preferred.
• Natural leader who motivates the team.
• Reliable, organized and available for weekends and key shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when Store Manager is off, opening/closing and reducing wait times.
• Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Set the example behind the chair and maintain cutting standards.
• Train as the next Store Manager and progress into leadership roles.
