Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking Licensed Hair Stylists in the United States. Your book, your income—top stylists earning 45 to 88+ per hour plus tips are within reach with performance-based pay and generous commissions.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, and marketing support to drive guests to your chair. Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility helps maximize earning potential while you grow your clientele.

Qualifications

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earnings.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultations.
• Bonus points if you have an established book to grow commissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert haircutting and styling services to clients.
• Consult with guests to tailor services and product recommendations.
