Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed hair stylists in the United States. Your book, your income: top stylists earning $45–$88+ per hour (plus tips) with strong guest loyalty and potential to reach $100K+ per year.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, and marketing support to drive guests. Your pay is performance-based and compliant with wage laws.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Bonus points if you have an established book; growth support provided.

Responsibilities

• Cut, color, and style clients to meet expectations.
• Consult with guests to tailor services and upsell products.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming salon station and comply with safety standards.
