Our offices are located in New York City, The Hamptons, New Jersey, Palm Beach, and Miami, with brokers known for their work ethic and success.

Essential Functions
  • Facilitate relationships with buyers, sellers, and management companies.
  • Serve as a liaison between agents and internal departments such as Marketing & Listings.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, correspondence, and mailings.
  • Assist agents with listing photos and respond to client inquiries.
  • Ensure work products meet quality standards.
  • Prepare marketing materials for presentations.
  • Update listings and coordinate open houses.
  • Assist with special projects, greet clients, schedule meetings, and coordinate showings.
  • Organize photoshoots, floor plans, virtual staging, and vendors to facilitate listings.
Requirements
  • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker in New York.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with reSOURCE/Listings Systems, Board Packager, and Pilot.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
