Essential Functions
  1. Facilitate relationships with buyers, sellers, and management companies.
  2. Serve as a liaison between agents and internal departments such as Marketing and Listings.
  3. Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, correspondence, and mailings.
  4. Assist agents with listing photos and respond to client inquiries.
  5. Ensure work products meet company standards.
  6. Prepare marketing materials and assist with client presentations.
  7. Update listings and organize open houses.
  8. Assist with special projects, greet clients, and schedule meetings.
  9. Coordinate showings, host open houses, and manage vendor schedules.
  10. Run client credit reports and prepare listings for viewings.
Requirements
  1. Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker in New York.
  2. Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate systems such as reSOURCE/Listings, Board Packager, and Pilot.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
