The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides opportunities for growth as employees develop within the role. Our Licensed Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Georgia. Applicants must reside within these states to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Paid training in a remote environment, including licensing if needed.
  • Training duration: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST) for at least 12 months.
  • Provided equipment; must maintain a professional workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Good communication skills for prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing and PC skills.
  • Property & Casualty License required post-hire.
