Job summary

Allstate Exclusive Agency Staff is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local Allstate agency by building relationships and protecting what matters most. You will learn through comprehensive training and earn base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

You’ll educate customers on Allstate products that meet their needs and maintain a high standard of customer service while working toward licensing in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career; experience is a plus.
• No insurance experience required; licensing support provided.
• Confident, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and follow-through.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses.

Estimated annual compensation $36,000 - $100,000 (paid in hourly base & commission)
