Hagerty, the world's largest insurer of collectible and enthusiast vehicles, seeks an Automotive Enthusiast Advisor to elevate member experiences. The role focuses on selling Hagerty insurance products, educating members, and closing sales while delivering exceptional service.

You will handle policy servicing, assess risk, and prepare documentation. A current personal lines or P&C license is required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and remote, national coverage options.

• Prepare accurate and complete documentation to support client activities.

• Efficiently handle a large volume of telephone business with a professional demeanor.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service & a passion for helping others
• Effective and efficient use of computer applications including MS Office products
• Ability to efficiently deal with a large volume of telephone business while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• An active personal lines or P&C insurance license is a requirement of this position.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM ET, Saturday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Sunday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM ET.

For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
