As a Licensed Sales Agent you will assist customers with inquiries that will include; general policy information, enrollment assistance, benefit breakdown, billing review, and cross selling various ancillary products.ÃÂ

• Have interactive conversations with prospective and existing customers to showcase your active listening skillsÃÂ
• Effectively create customer need by conducting various probing techniques.ÃÂ
• Accurately describe benefits and features for all available product lines.ÃÂ
• Follow documented processes and guidelines.ÃÂ
• Document systems properly to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.ÃÂ

• Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
  • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
  • Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
  • Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
  • Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks

Expected annual range is from $33,000.00 to$76,000.00 and expected hourly pay for this role is $27/hr.Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
