8+ years of strong experience as an IVR Developer with expertise in both application development and production support. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining DTMF-based IVR applications using Cisco Voice Portal (CVP). Strong proficiency in Cisco CVP, VXML, Call Studio, and UCCE, with a deep understanding of IVR architecture and call flows. Expertise in integrating IVR applications with Java-based backend services and enterprise systems. Ability to develop scalable, high-performing, and resilient IVR solutions aligned with business requirements. Hands-on experience in unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of IVR applications. Proven capability to provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and drive issue resolution within SLA timelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex production incidents and root cause analysis. Flexibility to work in a 24x7 support environment, including rotational shifts and on-call support as required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across development, testing, and operations teams.

Mandatory Skills: Interactive Voice Response Development.Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
