Qualifications

• Valid Right-of-Way (ROW) Pesticide Applicator License required.
• Previous vegetation management, IPM, or herbicide application experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment and work on uneven terrain.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in USA, E-Verify check will be required.

This position is responsible for safely applying herbicides and other treatments to control weeds and invasive vegetation along rights-of-way, commercial properties, and managed landscapes. The ideal candidate will have experience with herbicide application and a strong understanding of vegetation control practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply herbicides and vegetation control products in right-of-way areas in accordance with state regulations and company standards

• Identify weeds, invasive plants, and vegetation issues

• Operate and maintain spray equipment, tanks, and application tools

• Ensure accurate chemical mixing and application rates

• Maintain application logs and required regulatory records

• Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines

• Monitor treated areas and report results or follow-up needs

• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding property conditions
