Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC is seeking a licensed RHVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems on commercial sites. The role requires solid RHVAC knowledge and the ability to work independently or in teams, ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnostics, system installations, and client communication, with safety and compliance at the forefront.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; RHVAC training is a plus.
• RHVAC apprenticeship or formal RHVAC training completed.
• Refrigeration license required per state regulations; EPA certification required.
• OSHA 10-Hour certification within 30 days of employment.
• Must pass pre-employment DMV check, drug screening, and background check.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance: replace filters, inspect refrigerant levels, calibrate sensors, and check for leaks.
• Lubricate components, check system pressures, and replace worn parts.
• Diagnose airflow, temperature, or other mechanical issues.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/refrigeration electrical and mechanical failures; replace parts as needed.
• Install new HVAC/refrigeration systems with proper ductwork, wiring, and piping; ensure code compliance.
• Communicate with clients about issues, solutions, and recommendations for improvements.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with federal, state, and local codes; LO/TO procedures.
• Stay current with new technologies and participate in RHVAC training programs.
• Maintain service records in CMMS; complete warranty, service contracts, and parts inventory paperwork.
