Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and components.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration issues.
• Install new HVAC and refrigeration equipment per codes.
• Communicate service issues and recommendations to clients.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Maintain service records in the CMMS.
