Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC is seeking a licensed RHVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The role requires strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to keep equipment safe and efficient.

Applicants must hold a refrigeration license, EPA certification, OSHA 10, a valid driver’s license, and complete required pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.
Must pass pre-employment DMV check, drug screening and background check.
Refrigeration license required per state regulations; RHVAC registration preferred.
EPA Certification required.
OSHA 10-Hour certification within 30 days of employment (company provided training).
High school diploma or equivalent (required); RHVAC post-secondary education is a plus.
Completion of an RHVAC apprenticeship or formal RHVAC training program.

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance and service tasks on HVAC/refrigeration systems; replace worn parts.
Diagnose issues in airflow, temperature control, or electrical/refrigerant components.
Install new HVAC/refrigeration equipment and ensure proper integration of ductwork, wiring, and piping.
Communicate service issues and recommendations to clients; provide guidance on system usage and maintenance.
Follow safety procedures; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes, including refrigerant handling.
