Qualifications
- Holds an active Connecticut P-1 or P-2 license (Required).
- Solid hands-on experience in residential plumbing service, repair and installations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the confidence to educate homeowners with honest options that earn commissions.
- Takes pride in clean, professional craftsmanship and respects clients’ homes.
- Communicates clearly and honestly with homeowners.

Responsibilities
- Correctly diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems (water heaters, fixtures, drain/waste/vent lines, water filtration, and piping).
- Delivering honest, solution-based recommendations—keeping the customer happy, not corporate bean counters.
