You are highly social, tech-savvy, and able to leverage AI to streamline the process and drive fast, reliable closings. This is a high-volume, results-oriented role in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent/assistant with top listing experience.
• Has processed hundreds of transactions and managed end-to-end process.

Responsibilities

• Owns client communication through contract-to-close and handoffs.
• Controls deadlines and documents for each transaction.
• Manages listings, offers, inspections, appraisals, title and closing steps.
• Keeps the agent ahead and frees them to focus on execution.
