Nest Seekers International is seeking a motivated licensed real estate professional to join our luxury new development sales team in New York City. You will work directly with buyers and renters, conduct tours, and support marketing and sales efforts across a growing portfolio of properties.

The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and eager to grow within the real estate industry, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and ready to take initiative and learn.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in New York
• Able to conduct property tours and open houses
• Experience in luxury new development sales is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with buyer and renter leads throughout the sales/rental process
• Conduct property tours and open houses for luxury listings
• Follow up with prospective clients to move deals forward
• Assist with new development projects and marketing efforts
• Maintain relationships with clients and brokers and support the team throughout sales and leasing
• Grow experience and take on larger responsibilities as the portfolio expands
