Mark Spain Real Estate in Rock Hill, SC is seeking energetic real estate agents to close more deals in a high-volume, commission-driven environment. There are no desk, tech, training, or lead fees; you focus on serving clients while our team handles the rest, including inside sales appointments and full admin support.

To qualify, you must hold an active real estate license in NC or obtain it within 30 days, with a track record of closings and a willingness to travel in the Greater Charlotte

Qualifications

Active real estate license in NC or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in last 24 months).
Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.
Willingness to travel within the Greater Charlotte-area service territory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

Close transactions end-to-end with full transactional support.
