Qualifications

• Licensed Virginia real estate salesperson required.
• Full-time commitment to real estate (not a side job).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and follow-up systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leads directly to you to shorten chase time.
• Convert conversations into signed clients using scripts and coaching.
• Participate in October training to close more transactions by year end.
• Conduct consultations, showings, and open houses with team support.
• Maintain pipeline with Brivity CRM and follow-up tools.
