Qualifications

• Three (3) years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• One (1) year healthcare related quality management/performance improvement experience.
• Active clinical license (RN:AZ, PT:AZ, OT:AZ, MD/DO, or similar) and knowledge of PI methodologies (Six Sigma/LEAN).
• Familiarity with regulatory/accreditation requirements (TJC, CMS).
• Strong communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement initiatives and PI strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness across service lines.
• Coordinate data abstraction and lifecycle from data elements to regulatory reporting.
• Facilitate meetings, present findings to leadership, and translate clinical insights into action.
