Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Leominster, MA. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and full benefits.

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current MA PTA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Promote patient independence and mobility; communicate with care team.
