Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Waterville, ME. The role offers a supportive team, growth opportunities, and a focus on helping patients regain independence.

New grads are welcome and will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, with mentorship and access to modern equipment in a collaborative rehab department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current ME license (or eligibility to obtain).

• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
