Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will assist the licensed PT and help coordinate patient care under state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
