Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide PT-related treatments under supervision, help identify eligible patients, and collaborate with the care team to achieve strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
