Job summary

Seton Nursing and Rehab in the United States is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide treatment under supervision of a PT and document progress in daily notes as required by state guidelines.

The role involves documenting treatments, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and actively participating in resident care plans to improve quality of life through optimal care and follow-up with the team.

Qualifications

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of a PT according to state guidelines.
• Document progress in daily treatment notes and complete required documentation.
• Document treatments and follow up with interdisciplinary team members for best practice.
• Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitor treatments as indicated by physician orders.
• Participate in implementation of resident care plans.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life by providing optimal care.
