Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Full-Time team in Hastings, MI. In this SNF/Long-Term Care setting, you’ll provide PT aide services under supervision, coordinate with the PT, and help deliver high-quality rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
