Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Hastings, MI, in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Must hold a PTA license in the state of practice and will work under a licensed PT to deliver care.

Qualifications

Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
Current PTA license in state of practice.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
