Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time renewal rehab role in Des Plaines, IL. You will work under a licensed PT to deliver therapy in SNF/Long-Term Care settings and support patient care with strong clinical collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Submit and verify all physician orders are up to date.
