Diamond Rehab is seeking a full-time, licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the Rosepine Retirement and Rehab team in Rosepine, Louisiana. This on-site role provides patient care in a skilled nursing facility and supports an interdisciplinary rehabilitation program.

The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited PTA program, eligible for a PTA license, and committed to delivering quality care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or graduating within 6 months.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
