Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our South Daytona team in Florida. You will provide PT services under supervision, help identify suitable patients for therapy, and collaborate with PTs for evaluations and referrals.

Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
