Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Full-Time role in South Daytona, FL. You will provide PT services under supervision in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, coordinating with the PT and team to ensure quality outcomes and compliant documentation.

The role requires an active PTA license in Florida, an Associate’s degree, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited program in PTA.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
