Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Sharpsburg, IL. The role provides skilled therapy in SNF and long-term care settings, with a pay range of $25.00–$32.00 per hour.

You will work under a licensed PT, assist patient selections for therapy, document outcomes, and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality care and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
